CMS Open Payments

Every figure on this site comes from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Open Payments programme, via its public API at openpaymentsdata.cms.gov/api/1/datastore/query. No API key is required and the endpoint sends open CORS headers, so this site could in principle run entirely in your browser. Program years 2019–2025 are covered.

Derived nature-of-payment mapping

Freshness

CMS publishes annually each June, covering the prior calendar year, and refreshes earlier years at the same time. Because this site queries the API live, it has no staleness of its own beyond a short edge cache.
